Adding Blog category to Page Menu

Hi

I was wondering is it possible to add a ‘news blog’ to a page menu. For example I have a number of pages ‘Home, About Us, Contact Us etc” I also want a menu item called ‘News’ and have that page be in normal blog format. Obviously all the menu items are ‘Pages’ not ‘Post Categories’ so I am not sure as to how to go about it. Is this possible to do from within wordpress or do I have to go messing with the template?

Thanks
Will

Edit
I have sorted it as soon as I posted this message! For those of you that are interested all you have to do is go into Settings> Reading Settings, and then set the Post Page to the Page you require.
