Wrong 404 list

I have changed my permalink structure for post types and taxonomies. Then I installed Redirection plugin for logging 404 errors and started to create 301 redirects with .htaccess file. For some post types I needed to create 301 redirects with WP 404_template filter. Redirects are working fine, but they are shown in 404 list. Here are some 404 examples from the plugin list, which are redirecting correctly:
https://www.texasrealfood.com/lovelady-75851/
https://www.texasrealfood.com/freeport-77541/fish-seafood/
https://www.texasrealfood.com/rockwall/wineries/page/1/
etc. Can you please check and share your thoughts how this can happen? Thanks in advance.
