after deactivation default fields disappeared

    Hi, after deactivation and remove plugin all default fields from checkout page disappeared. When I install again plugin fields appear again. How to solve this? I’ve installed plugin to check something, now I’am unable to work without it.

    EDIT: my fault. Conflict with my function : – )
    Everything ok!
