Howdy @bmoh,
My Square status log does not show any active “capabilities.”
Can you confirm for us whether or not the Square location has credit card processing enabled? To enable Credit Card Processing in Square, you will need to go through the process of setting up your account, including verifying your identity. You can verify your identity in your Square dashboard under Setup Guide > Activate your account to take payments > Verify Your Identity. The setup guide is accessible through this icon in the dashboard: https://d.pr/i/hc3iEO
Once credit card processing is enabled, the location will show in the Square extension’s settings at WooCommerce > Settings > Square.

Hi, @tijosh
Thanks for your reply. Yes, Square is enabled to accept credit card processing (verified with a blue check) and the identity of the business is verified.
I should have originally stated: I’ve had my shop working fine and syncing with Square for months. After the last Square and Woocommerce updates I ran into this issue. I have not added or updated any other plugins.
I have also tried disabling all plugins except for Woocommerce and Square and the problem persists.
Here are two screenshots below of errors I’m seeing in my Square log:

Thanks for looking into this further with me.

@bmoh It looks like there’s still an existing connection to one of the business locations (“Completed job step: update_inventory_counts”). The cURL error is related to Apple Pay domain verification and not directly to the business location list. However, the two could be related. If the problem persists with all plugins deactivated and a default theme like Storefront activated, then the issue is definitely at the server level. I’d recommend at that point reaching back out to the host to investigate communication issues between the site and squareup.com.

Thanks @tijosh.
I’m at a loss. Hostgator has not been any help and say they can find nothing wrong in the communication. I have Apple Pay disabled so I’m not sure that Apple Pay is the source of the following error:
04-29-2021 @ 10:58:15 – Error: Unable to verify domain dermsos.com – response = Array
Any other suggestions?
