    I am not receiving ALL the submissions from my form. This happened once before back after I first setup the form and I installed “Email Log” plugin to help me identify if it happens again, BUT it happened again this week, and the email log show’s nothing amiss. The customer received the email confirmation, but *I* never received the submission email (though the “email log” program shows it was sent successfully). I check my spam folder daily, and did not see the submission email in there. I’d appreciate any help you can provide to stop this from happening. I do also have WP Mail SMTP installed and seems to be working properly (I don’t have any other issues with email)

    Hello @sitesbyjane ,

    If the log plugin shows that the Forminator is sending the submission emails and they are out of the site it means that the plugin is working correctly.
    You would need to contact your email provider to see if they are blocking those emails and why.
