Hi! Im losing my mind over this problem because I have looked up every single thread I could find in this forum and I have found several people with the same problem as me but none of the solutions there worked for me (those topics were closed btw, thats why Im making a new one)

What is happening is my emails are translated in the email customizer and even in the test email I send myself through the customizer, but when I actually send an email by triggering it from changing a woocommerce status for example then it will not be translated, no matter what I try the words “product, quantity and price” are always in english.

I have tried adding a new language and translating it all over again (eventhough the plugin has my language – portuguese) and I tried disabling every plugin except for woocommerce, kadence, loco and wp-mail smtp

btw if you click in my website link you will see it broken because its actually a staging site and it looks broken for having all of its plugins disabled

    Hey,
Is your admin in english? By that I mean when you trigger the email by changing the order status is your site in the correct language or is your user viewing the admin in English?

    Ben
