HTML editor & upload system

hi,

I was wondering how hard it could be to install an HTML editor within the admin area. All my users won’t be able to write hard HTML or even understand the “/b” “/em” buttons ?
Did someone already did it and give me some advice ?
Which files should I modify then ?

Same question for an upload system (to post mp3)
