Under Construction page not deactivating

    I activated the plugin and when I try to deactivate it it is not possible, I have cleared the cache several times and it continues the same, I have seen that several people in other countries are with the same, please help!

    The plugin is currently set as active in WP admin. Not sure if you want it to be ON, but at the moment it’s definitely ON and thus showing on the site.
    If you can’t turn it off you should contact support of the commercial caching plugin you’re using that’s currently active on the site.
