Umm, they ask for a 12 or 19 digits tracking number.. can you share the URL after you track the shipment, where you get the tracking results, then I will know how to create the tracking link.

the link that opens from the plugin is https://vas.brt.it/vas/sped_det_show.hsm?referer=sped_numspe_par.htm&Nspediz= where then the traking code is entered instead I would need to enter customer neck ID as brt provides this code for traking excuse for grammar but I’m using google translator

exact the problem is THE ONE On the left there is written shipping and leads to the link https://vas.brt.it/vas/sped_numspe_par.htm where you have to do Search with customer package ID (only shipments of the last 2 months) and enter the code AA006318825298 leads to the tracking page

It will not work if they do not offer a direct tracking link. see what I asked before, I need to see the tracking URL which contains the tracking number.

you can’t share the full link because it doesn’t allow bartolini but can check with customer neck id leads to the shipping page but if you want I can send screenshots in jpeg
