Image optimisation only on original files

    Hi,
    i’m using image optimisation plugin, but on my theme there is so many size of images so my optimisation is multiplied for image that don’t really count. I would like to use image optimisation only on original (or the one used for blog post featured image)
    Is there a way to just choose some kind or format of image to be treated ? (i don’t care if the thumbnail is optimised for example)
