Hello Team,

While importing my products using import csv the Arabic font in product description is showing ?????????? please advise how can i fix this ?

Hello,

Could you check if your CSV file is in UTF-8 format?

I’ve tried to import description via CSV on my test site, and it shows the text properly – https://snipboard.io/VAtF3T.jpg

Thank you for your reply.

Would you please tell me which office version are you using since I can’t see the option save csv with UTF-8 format.

I’m using office 2016 and there’s an option to set UTF-8 format as show here >> https://ibb.co/X361svr
But unfortunately not working

i was looking for this option but for some reason i dont have it.

I managed to solve my issue by using google spreadsheet.
