What URL are you using for your RSS feed that isn’t working?
Your correct RSS feed URL is https://amysbar.com/feed/ — and it works
… unless there’s a specific error in the feed that you’re trying to address, in which case you’ll need to provide more detail on the specific error or what you’re trying to do with the feed.

That’s because the link is NOT an RSS feed. It’s a generic XML data feed, and it’s not going to work with an RSS reader. (RSS is based on XML, so you could say every RSS feed is an XML feed, but not every XML feed is an RSS feed)

I did use it in WPematico plugin and used the XML reader it just circles.
Any solutions I can forward the information to the company to change it.

I just tested out the WPematico plugin with your XML feed, and while it kept spinning and spinning (for at least 5 minutes, before I stepped out), it eventually retrieved the XML data.
On this test blog, you can see some job ads from Adzuna — which were all fetched your XML link, using the WPematico plugin: https://s-qq7bshpldnp7.eu1.wpsandbox.org/

That’s not a new plugin… it’s the very same plugin you said you tried but it only kept spinning.
And if you lookup, you’ll see I’ve edited my previous post ad added screenshots from this WPeMatico plugin showing the configuration options after the plugin had retrieved the metadata from your XML feed.
