Duplicate Receipts

    Hi there! We just updated the plugin and we are now getting random duplicate receipts printing out. For instance, we will get an order at 8am and the receipt pops out and then at 12:10 the same receipt prints out for that order. What can we do to fix this issue?

    My first thought is that maybe you have the WooCommerce “ThankYou” hook configured as the printing trigger. This can cause receipts to print late and potentially to re-print (i.e. if someone makes an order but keeps the confirmation page open in a tab that their browser reloads later).

    You can change this option on the plugin setting page, some more information is available here.

    In some cases, this gets selected as the default trigger, if you are updating from an older version of the plugin or a beta that did not provide options for configuring the printing trigger.
