I have manage to connect to Stripe and transactions via FPX works fine however I found that all credit card fields are disabled and unable to fill / click at all.

So far I have tried the following approach:
1. inspected and console shows no error.
2. woocommerce log show no critical error from stripe.
3. Disabled all other plugins and left only woocommerce, stripe and changed to twenty-twenty theme.

Situation still the same after all the above attempts. Any idea? TIA

Hi @fionel,

The issue is that the woo-stripe-payment/assets/js/frontend/credit-card.js file is not being loaded on your checkout page. The script is always enqueued when the credit card html is printed to the page. Make sure your theme is allowing scripts to be output in the footer.

Hi @mrclayton , thank you for your prompt reply.

possible to give me some guidance on how could I enable that on my own. As of now I am still unable to trace any error. Or better to get help frm the theme developer instead?

Hi @fionel,

I just checked your site again and the credit card script is loading but it’s blank:

https://www.double2n.com/wp-content/plugins/woo-stripe-payment/assets/js/frontend/credit-card.min.js?ver=3.2.15

But if you go to the un-minified version it shows:

https://www.double2n.com/wp-content/plugins/woo-stripe-payment/assets/js/frontend/credit-card.js

You will need to figure out why the minified version on your site is empty. Maybe re-install the plugin. It looks like the contents of the file were removed.

thanks for pointing that out. Manage to get it solver eventually 🙂 It seems to be the server site setting that causing the error.
