    I have enabled the “send receipt” option and selected the email field but on my Stripe dashboard the successful payments still say that “receipt not sent”

    Can you please explain what more I need to do?

    I have already exported my form for another (still open) topic so please find below the Pastebin link to the exported form.

    Hi @tinnic,

    Just to be sure, the “Send Receipt” was enabled on the Stripe side or the Forminator side? In the form export shared, I could notice it’s disabled in your for “Stripe” field:

    Maybe that was the case? Please do check and confirm if that is the case or not, so that we could check further if needed.

    I double-checked the receipt is enabled on Forminator and Stripe. I have exported the latest version of the form

    Hi @tinnic

    I hope you are doing well.

    I was able to replicate the problem and found it is a reported situation for Forminator 1.14.9

    A temporary solution is to downgrade the plugin version, however, we already sent this ticket as an extra report.

    We can’t give an estimated time to release the fixed version, but please, keep the eyes on the plugin updates and changelogs.
