I am looking for a plugin that will:
1. Calculate shipping charges from my suppliers for multiple items in multiple locations
in the cart.

2. Be able to select the type of shipping.
example: only over night or next day air.

3. Allow the customer to chose the lowest shipping charges from UPS, USPS and FedEx
