Thumbnails Copyright

I hope you’re doing well, and thanks for this plugin!

I wanted to use it for site speed and GDPR.

As I understand, the plugin can be configured to cache the YouTube thumbnails by saving them on our website server.

My concern is: doesn’t saving thumbnails on our server violate any copyright, if we embed videos that are not ours but uploaded on YouTube by other people/brands?
