It’s been dealt with.
I have integrated the Recaptcha v3, now it works again
I’m hoping somebody can help-I have been using this plugin on my website for *years* and all was working fine but as of today, there seems to be a glitch in it; today I received 5 email enquiries (via this contact form) from the same person, which I though odd, so I tested it out myself….filled in the form and put in my own email address and what happens is when I click on “send” the circle just keeps spinning, so it looks like the contact enquiry is not sending, which presumably prompts the prospective client to hit send again and again and again, however, when I clicked on send-the email enquiry did come through-so I’m getting the enquiries, but it does not *look* as though it is sending-to the customer. I have a screenshot of what it looks like but don’t know how to add it here.

Hi @marla13
the same thing happens to my site, too
did you manage to fix it?

Hi Misterlan,
No, I haven’t resolved the issue yet but have described it to my web developer, who think it might have something to do with Divi (the theme I use on my website)-he will take a look at it tomorrow and let me know if he’s managed to fix it. I can update here once I’ve heard from him.

Does your sites uses any caching plugin? If your plugin allows it, you should exclude these:
/jquery-?[0-9.]*(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?\.js
/wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/wp-polyfill.min.js
/wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/lodash.min.js
/wp-includes/js/dist/api-fetch.min.js
/wp-includes/js/dist/url.min.js

Another easy workaround is to downgrade CF7 to version 5.3.2 and disable auto-updates.
Thanks Zulhailmie-have passed your message on to my web developer.
Just an update folks: my web developer de-activated the plugin Async Javascript and this solved the problem for us.
