    Hi there,

I’m using UsersWP plugin with Elementor. When user’s logged in it’s not hiding the “login” & “registration” links. Can you please let me know why this is happening.

P.S. I’m not using it with menu. I’ve created the links using elementor directly.

    Thanks!

  • Hi,

We will have to look at your site for this. Can you provide a Site URL here or create a support ticket on our site https://userswp.io/support?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your response.
I’m afraid it’s not possible to share the site. As it’s not allowed by my client currently. If you can help me directly that’ll be great. I can explain to you a little more.

I’m using icons instead of simples texts for links. I’ve seen on the menu you are using classes to hide the links for logged-in and logged-out users. I’ve used the same classes on my links with Elementor. But still, it’s not hiding those link icons. If you feel like I’m doing anything wrong or missing any step please let me know.

    Thank you!`

    Hi,

I am not sure why its not hiding but the function should not return anything if there is no value for the meta. You can create a support ticket on our site http://userswp.io/support where will assist you by looking at your website URL and its safe.

    Regards,
