call_php_page__in_HYPERLINK

Hi,
My task in basically to show the sitemap, now my company designer pas me the html,
<img src=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_url’); ?>/images/header_sitemap.png” style=”margin-left:25px;” alt=”” />

now i want to call the sitemap.php page over here, i have used the
link to execute the php code. but it’s not working plz give me the response .
