A function() that removes a specified Widget from a specified Sidebar?

    I want to put EDIT and REMOVE links next to Widgets in my Theme, so that a logged in Admin can drop the Widgets from the Sidebar without having to go into the Dashboard.

    Is there a function() to handle this?
