Adding Mailchimp form shortcode in

    Hiya

    I am trying to add a short form in maintenance page so people can sign up to be notified when the website goes live. For some reason, the short code is not working with the description. I tried enclosing it with <html> tags but that didn’t work.

    Any advice please?

    Hi,
    I’m sorry but at the moment we don’t allow 3rd party shortcodes on the maintenance page. It’s because we can’t control the 3rd party CSS and JS that come with them and that could conflict with ours. This way we maintain complete control over the maintenance page.

    However, a lot of users already requested 3rd party shortcode support so we plan to add it in one of the future versions.
