Formatting Confirmation email appearance

    Hi team forminator, firstly thanks for giving us the best contact form for WP.

    I’m looking for a way to make confirmation email sent to my customers on form submission look more appealing.
    Like a nicely formatted webpage, with a layout or something like that.

    Hi @kijunraviele, I have asked this question before and you can find their answers here. In a nutshell, you can do so on your own by crafting a visually appealing email using HTML. Moreover, Forminator also gives the option to see how the emails that are written in HTML are rendered visually and you just have to enter the code in the ‘text’ tab of email notifications.

    Sorry for the delay here, seems we missed this ticket.

    Yes, you can use the HTML by switching to the text tab and enter some rules.

    A common feature when creating emails is using the HTML table to place your fields.

    Sorry… I couldn’t find the tab/place where I can customize the “activation mail”. Please clarify how & where we can customize the appearance of “Activate Email” send to user

    Hi @karbikar,

    Emails are form specific, so you would need to edit your form in question and switch to Email Notifications tab to customize them.
    By default there’s only admin email but you can click below it to add more emails as well:

    There is an email with the link where User have to click on the link to get it approved. I want to customize that mail. I couldnt find the mail where is it.
    Thats what i am looking for…. Please tell where we can customize it.>?
