I think the problem is with WooCommerce.

Now I try to go back to wp 5.6 and see what happend
Back in wp5.6 everything works fine 😉
Same issue here.
With Mollie plugin version 6.1.0 there’s no problem.
Running WP 5.7.1 and Woo 5.2.2
Upgrading to a higher Mollie version results in the payment process is not starting after checkout.
