Email doesn’t get delivered

    Hi @valseg,

    Yes, the Email Notifications is the correct section to add notification emails.
    Can you tell me if your other emails are working, like new user registration, password reset, etc?

    Can you try installing a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-logging/ and see if there’s any errors for those emails in Tools > WP Mail Log panel? Note that you will need to submit new forms after installing that plugin to get the logs filled in.
