Add Custom Column in Orders List

    Hi, how can I add 2 or more custom columns in Orders List? I was able to add one custom column using a hook but every time another column is added, the first custom column that was created is gone.

    Also how can I change the value of Date column in Orders List page? I am thinking that if 2 columns is not possible, I will just change the value and label of the Date column.
