Limit pages seen in dashboard

    I am using WordPress as a CMS. I have 114 pages. When I need to find a page I have to do a search or page through 6 or more menu screens looking for that page. Is there a plug in or an easy way to hide pages that I am not currently interested in editing? I would just like to see the most current pages in the dashboard view.
