Removing Default Photo from Category Posts

This past June I set up a blog and added a default photo for all posts in the “Baseball” category. I cannot remember how I did that or how to get rid of it. I tried deleting the category and recreating, but any category called “Baseball” includes this image. I ended up renaming the category completely, but would really like to know how I did that in the first place.
