Requesting help to fix Constant Contact debug.

The following message is at the top of my WordPress Dashboard:

“Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.”

My “Support” box is now checked, the debug log (17 lines) has been copied to pastebin. Now, I’m not sure how to proceed with the fix. And how do I attach the pastbin to this thread?

    Thank you!

When using Pastebin.com, you should have been able to click a submit button to create a permalink that could be then pasted to us and we would be able to see the contents once we click that same link.

We’ll be able to review and advise from there once we can see the created bin.

Okay, I think this is what you’re talking about: https://pastebin.com/g6DqZ88u

    Yep, that would be it.

Looks like it’s been having moments of issue with communicating with our end of things, but it’s not looking like steady issue throughout a given day. It’s fairly spread out.

Still trying to determine if these types of errors are for sure something needing changed on our end, or if things would work better overall on the client’s end. I don’t have an answer or this at the moment.

Overall, if you have your constant contact lists available in your admin, I think you should be overall fine though.
