Dynamic backgroun

Hi.

I need to dynamically set the background for the <select> element depending on the selected <option> (I need to distinguish the different types of properties in color).

I have the colors of the real estate types set for individual values <option> in css (see dropdown).

For example, I need the element <select name = "type" title = "Property Types" ...> to have a background from the selected <option>.

I don't want to change the plugin code, I only want changes within the template-child (style.css, functions.php, header.php ...).
