Inline links French character issue

    Hello

    We’re running 6.2 of Email before Downloads and we’re getting french characters in the download link improperly encoded/decoded. The title is ok.

    I’ve seen a similar issue in this support forum but would rather not edit the code. Is there an alternate solution?
