    Hi @corvine,

Hope you are doing good today.

Could we know did you try clearing the Page cache during the time you notice the issue to rule out if it’s related to cache?

If you can confirm it’s due to cache, please check whether you have “File Change Detection” set to “Automatic” under Hummingbird > Caching > Settings? If not, please make sure it’s set to “Automatic”.

And also check whether under Hummingbird > Caching > Page Caching > Settings, you have the “Clear full cache when post/page is updated” option enabled.

These settings should ensure to clear any issues related to cache.

Please do let us know how that goes, looking forward to your response.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi!
yes, the first thing that I did was clear the cache!
and try on chrome and firefox.
for me was strange that only on the page where I make some Changement the CSS wasn’t working properly.
So I ask also a friend to check.
I didn’t find a solution so I start to switch off the plugin to understand which was.

In this time of working, I cleared the cache often to be sure to isolate the problem.

On that page, I only replace the first video on top and delete another video.
So I didn’t even add or change the setting.

As my memory work, I can say that ->File Change Detection was on Automatic.
but I can’t remember the “Clear full cache when post/page is updated”, but I guess was setting already like this. is small e-commerce so I set it thinking of add news product often.

Actually, I have 3 plugins to make the work yours was doing (and was doing better than this 3) XD

Have you another idea of setting that I may set wrong? because this weekend I will try again to activate it!

    thankyouuu

    Hi @corvine

    Thank you for response!

It sounds to me like one (or any “combination”) of this might be involved:

    – when Hummingbird is active, are you using any additional caching and/or JS/CSS optimization plugins at the same time? if yes, try disabling them entirely

    – is there any additional server-side cache?

    – are you by any chance using any “builder-type” theme on the site or an additional page builder plugin? If yes – what is it and have you/could you check if it has any built-in CSS caching/optimization (and preferably try disabling it)?

    Let me know, please.

    Best regards,
    Adam
