We have a landing page on our site for people coming from Instagram. This page changes weekly and the native Instagram browser doesn’t seem to want to load the newest page when we update it. I have purged the page cache and added https://www.mikejulie.com/instagram-click-here and /instagram-click-here to the “do not cache page” section. I have also set up rules with Cloudflare to limit their cache to 30 mins (in addition to just the cache on Cloudflare). It only updates when you press refresh on the Instgram Browser, which isn’t a fix since visitors won’t know to do that.

Is there anything else you can help me with trying to fix this?
    Thanks

    Hello @pizzaboy913

Thank you for your inquiry and I am happy to assist you with this.
DIes the issue persist if you disable Page Cache?
Also, you should add the page as below:
    /instagram-click-here/
to Performance>Page Cache>Advanced>”Never Cache following pages”, save all settings and purge the cache.
    Thanks!

Thanks for the reply and for the corrected info.

I did as you said and am still having the issue. I have disabled Page Cache and it is still not updating. I put Cloudflare in Dev. Mode, but it didn’t help either.

    Thank you.

I deactivated the plugin and it still doesn’t update. It might just be Instagram.

    Hello @pizzaboy913

If the issue persists when the W3 Total Cache is disabled, this means that the issue is not related to W3 Total Cache.
    Thanks!
