I use the plugin WP Forms on my website.
When I updated WPForms, “Be careful! WPForms detected a JavaScript issue on this page. This form may not work as expected because it requires JavaScript to work properly. For more information, please refer to the troubleshooting guide or contact support. ”
However, the email notification seems to be working fine.
Should I do something about this message?

  • Hello @mooyamamura,

    Thanks for writing in.

Do you happen to be using a caching plugin that minifies the scripts on your site? If so, can you please exclude the page where the forms are from being cache or, in the caching plugin settings, please exclude this file: /wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/wpforms.js.

Please make sure to clear your site’s cache before testing again.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

    Hi @mooyamamura,

We haven’t heard back from you in about a week, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
