2 questions about tracking

    Hi,
    Here are 2 questions i have, please help…

    1. if i generate referral url for the main domain name such as http://www.xxxx.com , it seems can’t track if there is a new order, right? only generate referral url for product page it works, right?

    2. If i generate referrral url for product page A, but customer buy on product page B (i didn’t generate referral for B), can it track the orders and add to commission?

    in short it is, if generate 1 product page referral url can track all product pages’ orders?

    No, the orders on page B won’t get tracked.

    @river0505, All purchases on your site will get tracked as long as the referral cookie is valid: https://wpaffiliatemanager.com/cookie-duration-use/. A cookie is set when a user comes to your website after clicking on an affiliate link.

    It’s normal that the user will browse to a different page after landing on your website and the “wpam_id” parameter will disappear from the URL.
