Mail send multiple times

    Hi
    When submitting registration form, mail is sent more than 10 times to same recipient. Why?
    How to stop this?

    Hi
    I have observed that When I press submit button, it does not respond back with “thank you” or any similar message. Thus, user does not know that his entry have been submitted or not and user clicks Submit button multiple times. Duea to this, multiple mails are send.
    Can you please fix this!
