    Hello WP Forms!

I’ve been using your plugin for over two years and have been very happy with it. However, a reader recently let me know that she wasn’t able to submit the form to me.

The Recaptcha box was only appearing in Chrome on Windows PC, but when I cleared the cache or tried a different Chrome user, the Recaptcha box no longer appears—on any browser or platform I tried.

Latest update: when I redid the form in WordPress, the Recaptcha box reappeared when I tested it in the same Chrome profile (on Windows PC). It still doesn’t work in other Chrome profiles on my Windows PC, in Chrome on my Android phone or Safari on my iPad.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this and how to fix it?

Thanks in advance for your help!

    Hello @esbfi,

    Thanks for contacting us!

It seems that you’ve enabled caching on the website. When you have some time, please try excluding /wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/js/wpforms.js in your cache plugin and then test the form again.

Further, I also see the following error message “reCAPTCHA couldn’t find user-provid” in the browser console. The error message seems to indicate a conflict between the forms and the site theme or another plugin. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hope this helps!
