Urgent Domain Issue

    my website is down. Apparently there is an issue with the domain. It seems it is registered with Wild West Domains, but when I contacted them on the phone, I was just put through to GoDaddy, who says that even though they have my info they cant do anything with it because I registered it through WordPress. So they said I need to contact WordPress, which is how I ended up here.

    Any help or direction would be appreciated. I’d really love to just speak to someone on the phone and get it sorted. My company runs events and there are tickets on sale to a show tonight, so it is very urgent.

    There is nothing for sale here.
    Due to the differences between the free hosted blogs offered at wordpress.com and the self-hosted and self-installed version of WordPress supported here, you should probably ask WordPress.com Support instead.
