Hello,
Also make sure that ‘Search Results’ option set to ‘Both ajax search results and search results page’ or ‘Only search results page ( no ajax search results )’. Without it view all button wil not displayed.

Hello,
Thank you for the response. The search form has [Show ‘View All Results’ = On]. We set [Search Results = Both ajax search results and search results page], purged the site cache, tested again, still no “View All Results” button.
Note: When we enter a search term, we can click the magnifying glass icon in the search box and this brings up the proper search page. So, our site appears to have a proper working search page and the search plugin properly returns search results.
We appreciate your continued support to help us have the “View All Results” button again. This was working for a long time and just stopped showing after a plugin updated.
Regards

Well maybe the reason is that ajax search results displayed less search results than you spicify inside ‘Max number of results’ option so “View All Results” button just will not diplayed in such case.
Interesting. I did not notice this before. The max number of results is = 10. But the search drop down shows many more products than that.
Looks like we have 2 issues instead of one 🙂

Maybe you are using some custom code snippets that can lead to such issues?
A good point. Also maybe another plugin update caused an issue?
To help us debug, would it be possible to get a copy of the plugin version 1.19? This is the version before “Fix – Hide ‘Show all results’ button if search results page is disabled” was applied.
We could apply that version on our site to see if things start working again or not.
Note that we would need the PRO version of the plugin. We believe we are up to date on the support payments. If there is a better place to continue the debugging, kindly let us know.
Thanks for the continued assistance!

I think your are talking about version 2.19, no 1.19.
So it can be downloaded from page https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-woo-search/advanced/ . Just navigate to ADVANCED OPTIONS section and in select box choose needed version to download.

Hi,
Thank you for showing us how to get older versions of AWS free version. We have run multiple tests. Here is a series of tests that we can reproduce on our DEV site:
1) Deactivate Advanced Woo Search PRO
2) Install Advance Woo Search 2.19 – View all results OK
3) Install Advance Woo Search 2.20 – View all results OK
4) Install Advance Woo Search 2.24 – View all results OK
5) Deactivate Advanced Woo Search
6) Activate Advanced Woo Search PRO 2.23 – View all results NOT SHOWING
Is there a way to get older versions of PRO plugin? We would like to try same tests to confirm that PRO search stops showing “View all results” after v2.19.
We appreciate your continued assistance.
Kind regards
In case it makes a difference, our theme is Flatsome
We updated to PRO v2.24. View all results NOT SHOWING

Did you try to enable the same options that I mention before for free version?
Also make sure that ‘Search Results’ option set to ‘Both ajax search results and search results page’ or ‘Only search results page ( no ajax search results )’. Without it view all button wil not displayed.
When we rebuilt the DEV site I forgot to check ‘Both ajax search results…’. Everything fully refreshed and updated and now the search works as expected. Thank you very much for your time. We find your plugin is a great addition to our site!
