Problem with plugin configuration/pixel not working

I have installed FB pixel and done all the other set up using Facebook for Woocommerce plugin. However, after setup, it says that set up completed but when it directs me back to Woocommerce I can’t see Pixel ID numbers or any other details (please see the screenshot attached), the only thing I can see there is Page ID and FB pixel has not been set up.
I have reconnected, uninstalled plugin, made sure it’s up to date, checked my woocommerce and WordPress versions, went over FB setups and can’t see what might have caused it.
This has happened with two of my clients now. Is there anyone else who has experienced this kind of issue?
