Forms not displayed in the backend

    Dear support,
    after updating, even if in the frontend I can see all of the forms created, in the backend just a few ones are shown, could you help, please?

    Hello @lfedele,

    My apologies but I am not exactly sure what you meant. Do you mean some of the forms were delete after updating your form version?

    Hello Jade,
    thanks for your update. I thought they were deleted, but they are correctly working in the frontend but not showing in the backend.

    Any suggestion?

    When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?

    Thanks for trying those out and I apologize again for the trouble you’re facing.

    Would you mind providing a screenshot of what you are seeing in your backend? Please also provide us with the link to your site where we can see some of the forms you have.

    please consider the issue as not existing, I was told about the issue, but deepening it, it wasn’t there.
