    Hi,
in my e-commerce I have set free shipping starting from € 29.00.

With large amounts I have no problems and the possibility of selecting free shipping appears correctly.

But this fact happened to a client of mine:
    he had a total of € 37.00 and applied a discount of € 8.00, with a final of € 29.00.
With this amount the free shipping was not offered to me and the paid shipping appears.

I tried to replicate it and it is actually true.

    What may have happened ?

    Hi @vensocialmedia,

I tried on my test site and as long as the order amount is equal to or above the required minimum order amount for free shipping, then the Free Shipping method is offered.

Kindly open your Free Shipping method and send us a screenshot of how you’ve set it up, and if possible a URL of the site so that we can test.

I recommend https://snipboard.io for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this chat. It works with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

    Thanks.

    Thanks for getting back @vensocialmedia

I visited your site and observed the issue; Free Shipping is not being offered at 29 Euros.

You’ll want to first check if the issue is caused by a plugin/theme conflict.

The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.
