Disabling LMS-related emails to users

HEllo!
I have Ultimate Member v. 2.1.16 installed on my website as well as MasterStudy LMS plugin v. 2.5.4.
I am not a developer so I would really appreciate your help.
In order to access courses on my website, users have to register. They seem to receive an email every time I add a new course. And I receive an email every time they view a new course. I have no idea where to go to change this setting as I would like that no email is sent to users unless they need to reset their password, and that no email whatsoever is sent to me.
