    Hello there!

    Since last year I’ve purchased Olympus theme with youzer plugin included for my community.

    URL live preview was working fine, but now it has stopped working on posting (previous posts still show their preview).

    I’ve search in youzify documentation, did this : https://kainelabs.ticksy.com/article/16433/

    still did’nt work.
    Talked with Olympus theme support. They pointed to the youzify plugin.

    I think it could be due to the “youzer” to “youzify” name change. Some classes and items have changed their names from “yz-wall-post” to “youzify-wall-post”.
    So I think there might be an issue. My knowledge does not allow me to go deeper on this.

    I’ve deactivated every plugin, updated all of them, reinstalled olympus. Nothing changed.

    Instagram and facebook posts are the main issue. These are not private post or private accounts. It simply doesn’t show.

    I really hope you can help me with this issue as it is a main asset for my community to interact.

    Thanks for using our plugin.

    I just tested the live URL preview on your site it’s working fine the issue only comes from Facebook and Instagram Posts as you mentioned.

    That’s because Facebook recently announced that all oEmbed requests for Facebook and Instagram content will be deprecated on October 24th, 2020.

    If you checked the WordPress Support Embeds you will see that Facebook and Instagram are now not supported anymore:

    Thanks for the quick answer and the clarification!

    I really don’t know what to do about this. It limits all we can do in community based sites.

    I hope it reverts somehow or someone to find a solution.
