    Correction, the text does not stop at the top of the window but starts scrolling again from the beginning so that not all text will be visible

    Honestly, we are not familiar on how the Vertical Marquee plugin works.

    Could you set up a test page where we can see what you have now?

    On a side note, it would also be best to reach out to their support and ask for their assistance with this. They should be able to assist you since they know better how their plugin was built.
