    Hello, how is everything?
    I’m using the plugin for the license of the Plugin Theme site, I bought life time,
    I installed it on my website and when I run the scan it always gives a connection error. I tried to do all the described procedure and still the connection error continues. Below is the error, can you help me?

    Error Message:

    Scan Failed
    
    The scan has failed because we were unable to contact the Wordfence servers. Some sites may need adjustments to run scans reliably. Click here for steps you can try.
    
    The error returned was:
    
    The Wordfence scanning servers are currently unavailable. This may be for maintenance or a temporary outage. If this still occurs in an hour, please contact support. [404]

    Hello @claudiorangeln and thanks for reaching out to us!

    Did you mention you’re a premium customer of Wordfence? If you’re a Premium Wordfence Customer, I recommend opening a support ticket at https://support.wordfence.com. They will be able to assist you faster and more efficiently.

    If not, can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks for sending that!

    The diagnostic looks like it’s connecting to our servers just fine. This might be an issue with actually getting the scan started.

    If you could do the following steps for me:

    • Go to the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page
    • In the “Debugging Options” section check the circle “Enable debugging mode”
    • Click to “Save Changes”.
    • CANCEL any current scan and start a NEW scan
    • Copy the last 20 lines from the Log (click the “Show Log” link) or so of the activity log once the scan finishes and paste them in this post.

    This will help me see exactly what is happening when the scan fails.
