Google suddenly Indexing Questions entries?

Hi, i am working on behalf of Tim. I want to ask is this normal behavior for the questions editing page to show a permalink edit?
Here is an image of what I mean:
I asked this because ever since we updated learnpress to Version 3.2.8.7 this permalink seems to show for all questions. And for some odd reason they are getting indexed by google with errors.
What is the normal behavior when trying to access this permalink? Should it auto redirect to the main page? https://learnprogramming.academy/questions/fffff/
