    Hi, the plugin is malfunctioning.
    Not all posts have been published for a few days.

    There is no logic, many posts are not sent on the Telegram channel.

    We have tried several times to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists. The plugin is updated to the latest release.

    It may be because of this.

    Lets get to the bottom of the issue. Can you please enable both the logs in Advanced Settings and try again? Then share the logs with our support on Telegram – @WPTelegramSupport.

    Hi,
    I have enabled the logs, but where do I find the files?

    If I click on “View the log” I am redirected to a page that does not exist.

    After enabling both the logs, try to send the post again. Then you may check your /wp-content directory for log files.
