UpDate And Lost Site

    Today I Decided to update 2 of my sites now I`m just sick
    My main site http://bestinbassguitars.com over 100 pages never came back at all, I Checked in the database section of my c panel and repaired data bases nothing, The other site is a addon domain of above http://1-rated.info/directory came back but without admin section on front page so cannot signin or even get in for that matter. I Did these updates fron inside back office thru FTP. Did no recent backups (i know iknow) now just totally screwed, Why did I trust this to work?
    i kept getting update message all the time. Now dont know what to do..if any one can help please do

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    Did you update from cPanel or wp-admin?
