Different header menu on Home page

Hi again

I have a menu just underneath the header. No problem.

Eg. Home Subscribe

What I would like is the menu to have extra buttons on all the rest of the pages.

So when someone has subscribed via Digital Access Pass they see different menu buttons only applicable to members only.

Is this possible by having the home at http://www.mydomain.com/home and all the other member pages at http://www.mydomain/blog/home and then use a plugin to hide the ‘blog’ part so the site looks more professional?
